Authentic Quality
Taste Buds Required is everything you want and need in a top quality, authentic Haitian catering company! Martine is kind, professional, a true expert in her field, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Between the food and the planning process, she was an integral part in making our more “DIY” wedding a huge success. After providing a custom tasting dinner for my family, she also was kind enough to recommend an Indian caterer she had past experience with as we were looking to hire two caterers for our wedding day. Throughout the planning process, she seamlessly collaborated with our other caterer and provided extensive advice on catering-related details beyond her own needs such as what equipment to rent, how many servers to have at the event, etc. On our wedding day, which was located 2.5 hours away from her base in Queens, Martine and her co-chef prepared, in just 4 hours, absolutely top quality, authentic, Haitian passed appetizers and buffet entrées for 150 guests. I am writing this review three weeks after the event, and our guests are still commenting on how good the Haitian food was. Our favorites were the plantains and the griot! We can’t wait to find an excuse for another event for Martine to cater soon!!

Show-Stopping
Show stopping tasty food. Martine was able to cater my cocktail hour for my wedding. I was truly honored to be able to showcase such a beautiful culture through Haitian Cuisine. I am happy to work with her. She is a true professional.

Truly Memorable
We wanted to give you a huge thank you for catering our STEM Career Expo!

Your catering services made our event truly memorable and we commend you for the flow of food throughout the event. Our attendees and partners had great things to say about the delicious food, and I can attest to that as I was looking for more beef patties at the end of the event (:

It was a pleasure working with Taste Buds Required and we appreciate your overall enthusiasm. We will surely keep you in mind for future catering!
